Payment & Delivery


Three payment methods are available to our customers:

Afterpay: Setup a payment plan with 4 easy payments over 6 weeks and get your items immediately! There are no additional fees or charges for this service, it’s completely free!

PayPal: Australia’s favourite way to pay online. PayPal is a fast, easy and safe way to make payments online and on your mobile phone. You can pay for your order online via PayPal using your PayPal account or Credit Card.

Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.


Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 3 and 7 working days depending on your destination & products ordered. Please allow an additional 7-14 days for custom orders. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.

Shipping Charges

We ship via Australia Post, your parcel can be tracked via their online tracking system. We offer Australia wide shipping at a flat rate of $8.85 for all orders. Express post can selected for an additional fee at the checkout.

Australia Post are quick and reliable however Harlow’s Tea House cannot accept responsibility for any losses during transit. All parcels come with a unique tracking number and if there are any issues with your parcel we will do everything we can to help you find it.


An itemised invoice is included with each shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note, due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds in the event you change your mind or your purchase does no fit so please choose sizes carefully.
